The Adria stop of the Polesine blues and jazz festival, with itinerant concerts in the historic centre
Deltablues is one of the most important Italian festivals dedicated to blues and jazz, with a long history in Polesine. Its stop in Adria, in the province of Rovigo, adopts the 'on the road' format: no single stage, but itinerant concerts that animate multiple points of the historic centre simultaneously.
For one evening, the streets, bridges, and squares of the city — from Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Piazza Garibaldi, from Corso Mazzini to Ponte Castello — host bands playing at the same time, inviting the public to stroll from one set to another. It's a formula that enhances the historic centre and creates a widespread festive atmosphere.
The Adria stop is part of the Deltablues programme, which every year travels through eight Municipalities in Polesine with dozens of concerts. The event is organised by Ente Rovigo Festival, in collaboration with entities such as Slow Food and the Italian Blues Union.
As part of the 39th edition of Deltablues (June 6 – July 11, 2026, eight Municipalities in Polesine), the Adria stop is scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026, from 9:00 PM to midnight. Six ensembles will simultaneously animate as many points in the historic centre in the itinerant 'on the road' format.
