DeguStenico

The 2025 edition of DeguStenico took place on Sunday, June 1, confirming the formula loved by families and walkers. Starting from the hamlet of Sclemo, the 9 km loop route passed through the villages of Villa Banale, Premione, Stenico, and Seo, in the Giudicarie Esteriori (Province of Trento).

At each stop, the volunteers of the Pro Loco of Stenico welcomed participants with traditional local dishes and tastings, interspersed with moments of music, entertainment, and folk culture. The route, comfortable and accessible even with a stroller, once again made for a perfect day for families with children, in a landscape framed by the Brenta Dolomites.

Traditional walking tour formula, starting from Sclemo with gourmet stops along the 9 km loop:

• Sclemo — registration and breakfast (barley coffee, local yogurt, bread with alpine butter)
• Villa Banale — welcome aperitif
• Premione — traditional appetizers (including tortel di patate with speck and local salami)
• Stenico — main course, with traditional music and falconry
• Sweet stop with choral singing
• Seo — afternoon snack with alpine cheese tasting
• Return to Sclemo with a final dish

Along the route: falconry, ancient crafts, children's entertainment, and music.
