Edition 2025 — Degustando l'Oltresommo

The 2025 edition of Degustando l'Oltresommo took place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, on the Alpe Cimbra in Folgaria. The 11 km food and wine walking tour along the Water Trail, passing ancient mills and sawmills, crossed the Oltresommo villages from San Sebastiano to Nosellari, with approximately 1,000 participants and departures between 8:00 and 11:30 AM.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Degustando l'Oltresommo was held on Sunday, July 13, 2025, in Folgaria, on the Alpe Cimbra. The approximately 11-kilometre food and wine walking tour followed the Water Trail, passing by ancient mills and sawmills, through the villages of San Sebastiano, Tezzeli, Cueli-Liberi, Carbonare, Prà di Sopra, and Nosellari.

Approximately 1,000 participants were expected for the occasion, with departures from San Sebastiano scheduled between 8:00 and 11:30 AM. As per tradition, the protagonists were not just performers, but local villagers who opened their homes, displayed ancestral objects, and shared true-life stories, while the Gourmet Points offered local products made exclusively on the Alpe Cimbra.
