The 17th Edition: «Mediterranean Essence»
The Cultural Festival returned to Trani for its 17th edition, celebrating the theme of «Mediterranean Essence». The setting was once again the Monastero di Colonna, overlooking the blue waters of the Adriatic, a building with evocative architecture and a strategic position.
The format confirmed its thematic areas: signature cuisine with masterclasses and live demonstrations, the art of baking and signature pizza, mixology, the tasting room with wines, oils, beers, spirits, and cheeses, and the talk room with food critics and journalists. As per tradition, ample space was given to food artisans and selected companies. Conceived and organized by Mauro Bochicchio with the Consortium Paris, the festival reaffirmed its values: healthy eating, product quality, and environmental sustainability.
