Five days to rethink the future of the Alps in Val Saviore
In the municipality of Cevo (Province of Brescia, Lombardy), in the heart of Val Saviore and at the foot of the Adamello massif, the Casa del Parco Adamello hosts the Corpo Montagna Festival. An outdoor and cultural event that, for five days, invites us to rethink the relationship between humans and the alpine environment, through body practices, excursions, and moments of collective reflection.
The program is divided into three streams — Active, Slow, and Children — to engage different audiences. Among the offerings: climbing and via ferratas in Valle Adamè, acroyoga and forest bathing, mushroom foraging excursions, cyanotype workshops, slacklining, and guided walks. The mountains thus become a gymnasium, a place of well-being, and a space for discovery, experienced with the body and senses.
Alongside physical activities, the festival offers public talks, concerts, and film screenings, with a particular focus on climate issues and the future of the Alps: alpine temperatures have risen by 1.3°C in the last century, with a 50% loss of glacial cover. Designed to be inclusive — with activities for children and accessibility for people with motor disabilities — and entirely free, Corpo Montagna is an event that combines sport, culture, and environmental commitment in one of the most evocative corners of the Brescia mountains.
The second edition of the Corpo Montagna Festival will be held from May 29 to June 2, 2026, at the Casa del Parco Adamello, in Val Saviore. After the success of the first edition in 2025 (over 700 visitors), the festival expands its program with a particular focus on families and children. All activities are free and accessible.
