Bard Transforms into the World of Magic
The Coppa delle Cases is the "magical treasure hunt" themed around Harry Potter that enlivens the medieval village and the Forte di Bard, the symbolic fortress of the Lower Aosta Valley in the municipality of Bard (province of Aosta). For one day, the cobbled alleys and ramparts of the fortress transform into an immersive set that evokes the atmosphere of the saga, with Diagon Alley shops, stage-by-stage challenges, and magical objects to find.
A Team Treasure Hunt
The event is designed as a grand team treasure hunt: participants, in teams of 4 to 6 people (with at least one adult for teams with minors), compete through clues, riddles, and magic lessons scattered throughout the village and the Fort. Registration follows a themed mechanism – the booking recalls the famous Platform 9¾ – and takes place online in the weeks leading up to the event.
An Event Loved by Families
Organized by the Aosta Iacta Est association with the support of the Forte di Bard Association and the patronage of the Municipality of Bard, the Coppa delle Case is now a classic of the Aosta Valley spring, capable of combining the charm of one of Italy's most evocative villages with the fun of a team game suitable for children, teenagers, and adults passionate about the magical world.
Coppa delle Case — edition 2026
The 11th edition of the Coppa delle Case is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2026, on Republic Day, in the village and at the Forte di Bard. The magical Harry Potter themed treasure hunt, organized by the Aosta Iacta Est association with the support of the Forte di Bard Association, will also offer magic lessons in 2026 to test participants' talents. Teams of 4 to 6 people will compete through clues and challenges scattered throughout the medieval village and the fortress.

- 10:00 AM–1:30 PM — Confirmation of pre-registrations and collection of materials for teams
- 2:30 PM–5:00 PM — Themed Harry Potter treasure hunt in the village and at the Fort

How to Get There
Bard is located at the entrance of the Aosta Valley, reachable by car from the A5 motorway (Pont-Saint-Martin or Verrès exit) and by train (Hône-Bard station). The treasure hunt takes place in the village and at Forte di Bard.
Participation
Registration in teams of 4-6 people (at least one adult for minors). Pre-registration takes place online in the weeks prior, on a dedicated platform (Eventbrite). Limited spots: it's advisable to register early.
