The village festival in the Bassa Veronese
The Concamarise Communal Festival is the village festival of Concamarise, a municipality in the Bassa Veronese region, in the province of Verona. It takes place at the end of May and beginning of June in the Pro Loco Green Area, on Via Lucio Battisti, and offers a proven formula of good food and evening musical entertainment.
Gastronomy and conviviality
Every evening, the aperitif in the garden opens at 5:30 PM, while the food stalls with typical Veronese cuisine welcome visitors from 8:00 PM. It's an opportunity to taste the traditional peasant dishes of the area in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.
Music and dancing every evening
The musical program ranges across genres and atmospheres: ballroom music and hits from the 80s/90s/2000s, Latin music with dance schools, country and line dancing, and pop music for dancing. The shows, with free admission, make the festival a meeting point for the entire community and for the neighboring towns in the Veronese plain.
Peasant culture
During the festival, you can visit the Casa Contadina (Peasant House) museum at Via Capitello 47, which preserves the memory of rural life in Concamarise, completing the offering with a cultural and identity dimension.
Concamarise Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Concamarise Communal Festival enlivens the Pro Loco Green Area (Via Lucio Battisti) from May 30 to June 2. Every evening, aperitif in the garden from 5:30 PM, food stalls with typical Veronese cuisine from 8:00 PM, and free musical shows from 9:00 PM. The AIDO stand and a historical photo exhibition will be present; the Casa Contadina museum can be visited on June 1 and 2 from 4:00 PM.
