The heart of the event is the cosplay contest, a national-level competitive parade that attracts enthusiasts ready to transform into their favorite characters. Surrounding the competition are numerous activities: role-playing games and tournaments curated by the Livorno in Gioco association, video game and board game previews, stalls dedicated to comics, workshops, and drawing competitions for younger attendees, as well as musical performances and the unmissable food area managed by the Pro Loco.
A young but growing reality
Born in 2025 as Livorno Ferraris Comics, the event has grown rapidly to adopt a new identity, Comics LI:FE, confirming its status as a highly anticipated date on the Piedmontese nerd calendar. The festival is organized by the Pro Loco of Livorno Ferraris with the support of the Municipality and the collaboration of local associations, in a successful mix of pop culture and local roots that ties the event to the town's identity.
Between comics and local identity
One of the most curious aspects of Comics LI:FE is the dialogue between the nerd imagination and local history: the event's poster, signed by local artist Federico Bollo, reinterprets the figure of Galileo Ferraris—the scientist after whom the town is partly named—in a pop key. A detail that perfectly captures the spirit of the event, capable of uniting comics, gaming, and community in one big town celebration.
Comics LI:FE — edition 2026
The second edition of Comics LI:FE confirmed the growth of the nerd event in Livorno Ferraris, in the Vercelli area. For a full day, Viale IV Novembre transformed into a small universe dedicated to comics, cosplay, and gaming, with free admission and activities spread along the entire avenue.
Among the novelties of the 2026 edition were the official poster signed by local artist Federico Bollo, which reinterpreted the figure of Galileo Ferraris in a pop key, the preview of the video game Robot Rebels, and the presence of guests from the world of cartoons. The day concluded with a dance party.

Saturday, April 11, 2026 — Viale IV Novembre
- 11:00 AM — Official opening ceremony with local authorities and presentation of Federico Bollo's poster dedicated to Galileo Ferraris
- Morning and afternoon — Comic and pop culture stalls, role-playing sessions and tournaments by the Livorno in Gioco association, preview of the video game Robot Rebels, Bing and Stitch mascots for children, drawing competition for students, and live broadcasts of the "LI:FE on Air" podcast
- 3:00 PM — Meeting with the guest of honor Clara Serina, the historic voice of the Cavalieri del Re and anime theme songs such as Lady Oscar, Tiger Mask, and Yattaman
- 4:00 PM — Start of the national Cosplay Contest
- 9:00 PM — Dance party with "Party 4 You" by Radio Dance

Location

How to get there
Livorno Ferraris can be reached by car via the A4 Turin-Milan motorway (nearby exits) and the provincial roads of the Vercelli area. The town is served by the railway station on the Chivasso-Vercelli line.
Admission and hours
Admission is free and open to everyone. The event takes place over an entire day, from morning until evening, concluding with musical entertainment. A food area managed by the Pro Loco is available.
