Collesano Cheese Festival 2025 - 17th edition

The seventeenth edition of the Collesano Cheese Festival was held on November 15 and 16, 2025, in the historic center of Collesano, in the Madonie Park (Province of Palermo). The event, organized by the Pro Loco Collesano APS with the Municipality of Collesano and the Youth Council, was supported by the Regional Department of Agriculture of the Sicilian Region.

Along the Viale del Gusto, set up between the streets and squares of the village, cheesemakers and producers offered cheeses, fresh ricotta, and typical zero-mile products, accompanied by street food and Sicilian specialties. The program included cooking shows and masterclasses with chefs and artisans, ricotta-making demonstrations, live music with local bands and Radio Cheese entertainment, street performances, children's entertainment, and guided tours of the town's historical heritage, from the medieval center to the Targa Florio Museum. Two days of taste, tradition, and community that confirmed the Collesano Cheese Festival as one of the reference dairy events in the Madonie.
