About Clorofilla

Clorofilla is a "non-festival" of public art and community that enlivens Belluno with a widespread program without clear boundaries, from autumn to summer. Murals, artists in residence, comics, music, workshops, and meeting moments transform the Ex Caserma Piave and the Casa dei Beni Comuni into spaces of shared creativity. More than an event, it is an open and participatory journey that intertwines art, relationships, and urban regeneration in the heart of the Dolomite capital.

A "non-festival" of art and community

Clorofilla – Arti Pubbliche Condivise defines itself as a "non-festival": an artistic project that abandons traditional boundaries to become, in the words of the organizers, "a festival of community and relationships, with artists, cartoonists, and musicians". In Belluno, the capital of the Venetian Dolomites, the event unfolds over several months, without rigid dates, intertwining public art and participation.

Regenerated spaces for art

The symbolic locations of the project are the Ex Caserma Piave, transformed into an open-air museum with murals, and the Casa dei Beni Comuni, a hub for workshops and events. Added to these is the new Skate Park, created thanks to the commitment of activists and students, a symbol of grassroots urban regeneration.

Murals, comics, music, and residencies

The program includes murals, artists in residence, graphic journalism and comics, music, performances, and circus workshops. Among the artists in residence are figures from contemporary Sardinian art such as Andrea D'Ascanio, Kiki Skipi, and Andrea Casciu. Clorofilla is an example of how public art can become a tool for relationships and active citizenship, animating the province of Belluno with an open and contemporary language.

Clorofilla — edition 2026

The 2025-2026 edition of Clorofilla continues from autumn until summer 2026 with a widespread program of public art and community. Featuring murals, artist residencies, comics, music, and workshops, the spaces of Ex Caserma Piave and Casa dei Beni Comuni in Belluno remain at the heart of the project.

The 2025-2026 edition of Clorofilla unfolds as a continuous journey, from October 2025 until summer 2026. The format is deliberately fluid, without precise dates, and prioritizes relationships, artistic residencies, and public art interventions in Belluno's spaces.
