Edition 2025 — Cisrà of Dogliani

On November 2, 2025, Dogliani renewed the appointment with the Cisrà and the Saints' Fair. The tripe and chickpea soup, prepared according to the ancient 1600s recipe, was distributed from 8:30 AM under the market canopy and in the village squares, accompanied by Dogliani Docg. The fair brought together over three hundred exhibitors, including merchants, artisans, and agricultural producers from the Langhe.

The 2025 edition of the Cisrà and Saints' Fair took place in Dogliani, in the Langhe area of the Cuneo province, on Sunday, November 2nd. From 8:30 AM, volunteers distributed the traditional tripe and chickpea soup, served in the characteristic terracotta bowls by Ceramiche Besio and accompanied by a glass of Dogliani Docg from the Bottega del Vino.

The village hosted the large Saints' Fair with over three hundred exhibitors and the Langhe farmers' market under the historic market canopy, featuring cheeses, sweets, jams, honey, and local products. There were also guided tours of the historic center and the Church of the Battuti, as well as walks and excursions with a final tasting, confirming a tradition that has endured in Dogliani uninterrupted since the 1600s.
