Ciapinabò Festival

The 32nd edition of the Regional Ciapinabò Festival was held in Carignano from Friday, October 10th to Sunday, October 12th, 2025, with the slogan "Cultivating flavors and traditions." The event was spread across Piazza Liberazione, Piazza San Giovanni, Piazza Carlo Alberto, Piazza Savoia, and Villa Bona.

The absolute star was the Isola del Gusto, with street food and local products available for all three days, accompanied by the new Cà Ciapin space in Piazza Carlo Alberto, dedicated to guided tastings, talks, and show cooking with special guests, including Michelin-starred chef Christian Milone. The 20th Local Holstein Cattle Show animated Piazza Savoia, culminating in the transhumance of the herds on Sunday afternoon. Among the novelties, CiapinOff brought the Jerusalem artichoke to Turin with the 'AperitivoSabaudo' at the Mercato Centrale and the 'CiapinabòDay' in participating restaurants.

• Friday, October 10 — Opening of the Isola del Gusto in Piazza Liberazione with Jerusalem artichoke bagna caöda and ciafrit; debut of Cà Ciapin in Piazza Carlo Alberto with tastings, talks, and show cooking.
• Saturday, October 11 — Official inauguration at 3:00 PM with authorities and institutions; show cooking with Michelin-starred chef Christian Milone; fashion shows and dance performances; opening of the 20th Local Holstein Cattle Show in Piazza Savoia.
• Sunday, October 12 — Transhumance of the herds through the city streets at 4:00 PM; cooking classes with local schools; gastronomic demonstrations; readings and award ceremonies.
