The Cellore d'Illasi Festival

In the hamlet of Cellore, in Illasi (province of Verona), spring brings with it one of the most beloved festivals in the Val d'Illasi: the Cellore Festival. Four days of celebration that combine good Veronese cuisine, live music, and a passion for local wines.

Gastronomy and local wines

The food stand offers traditional dishes, including the famous 'lesso con la pearà', a typical Veronese sauce. There is also space for wine tastings, with events dedicated to native Veronese grape varieties (by reservation), and themed lunches such as the Renaissance lunch on Sunday.

Music and celebration

The evenings are enlivened by live music, with concerts that accompany the festival late into the night. The Cellore Festival is a gathering point for the valley community, amidst flavors, wine, and social interaction, in the hilly setting of the Veronese foothills.
