2025 Edition
The 2025 winter event was concentrated into a single day, Sunday, January 5, with Piazza degli Eroi as the focal point in the heart of Rocca Canterano. The chosen format was a complete menu: appetizer, the cecamariti dish, main courses, and dessert, prepared in collaboration with local commercial activities. Participation was by reservation through the Municipality's online portal, a choice that allowed for portion control and managing the influx in a village of just a few hundred inhabitants.
On that occasion as well, the protagonist remained the village's signature product: cecamariti, the wheat and corn flour pasta mixed only with water, handed down from the peasant cuisine of the Monti Ruffi. The 2025 edition thus consolidated the festival's dual calendar, with the autumn event and the Winter Edition at the beginning of January.
