Cavola Truffle Festival

The 37th edition of the Cavola Truffle Festival was held on Sunday, November 9th and Sunday, November 16th, 2025. The first Sunday opened at 9:30 AM with food stalls and markets, followed at 10:00 AM by the official ribbon-cutting ceremony with the mayor and representatives of the Province and Region, accompanied by the Banda di Cavola. During the day, visitors could explore the "Funghiamo" mycological exhibition, the vintage car exhibition, and participate in the "Sui passi dei Ceccati" excursion.

The second Sunday featured the traditional wood-fired crackling cooking, the itinerant performance of the Ottoni Matildici brass band, guided cycling tours, and the "Bimbibici" circuit for children. On both days, the CavolaForum hosted the Pro Loco's lunch with truffle risotto, truffle and mushroom lasagna, escalopes, and braised meat with truffle polenta.
