Castelli di Cioccolato 2025: the fourteenth edition

From October 10 to 12, 2025, the historic center of Marino, in the Castelli Romani, hosted the fourteenth edition of Castelli di Cioccolato, organized by Roma Chocolate in Tour with the patronage of the Municipality of Marino. Corso Trieste was transformed into a chocolate village open every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with free admission.

Along the route, master chocolatiers from all over Italy offered pralines, chocolate bars, spreads, and dark, milk, flavored, spiced, and vegan chocolate, alongside sculptures created by pastry chefs and regional specialties reinterpreted in a sweet key.

The program alternated show cooking sessions dedicated to cocoa processing techniques and free educational workshops for children, with the opportunity to create their own personalized chocolate bar. Among the year's novelties, the contest reserved for amateur pastry chefs returned, where they were called upon to present desserts using chocolate as the main ingredient.
