Cascine di Buti Porcini Mushroom Festival

The 2025 Edition

In 2025, the Porcini Mushroom Festival once again enlivened the sports grounds of Cascine di Buti for two summer weekends, from July 25 to 27 and from August 1 to 3. The food stalls, managed by the Palio districts and local associations, served Monte Pisano porcini mushrooms every evening in their most classic preparations: fried, in soup, on charcoal-grilled Tuscan bread crostoni, and in boscaiola sauce, accompanied by grilled meats, side dishes, and local wine. It was a well-received edition, defined by conviviality and forest flavors, confirming the festival as a key event in the summer calendar of Buti, in the province of Pisa.
