Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

The 2025 edition of the Carbonara & Roman Cuisine Festival brought three days of Roman street food to Via Ambrosetti in Morbegno, featuring carbonara, cacio e pepe, supplì, and traditional Roman dishes, accompanied by beers, wines, cocktails, and live music. Free entry.

In 2025, the Carbonara & Roman Cuisine Festival once again transformed Via Ambrosetti in Morbegno into a culinary journey dedicated to Rome's cuisine. The great Roman classics—from carbonara to cacio e pepe, from supplì to carciofi alla giudia—were prepared by street chefs and served at outdoor tables, along with beers, wines, and cocktails. Live music accompanied the evenings, confirming the festival as an informal and highly appreciated event for bringing the capital's gastronomic tradition to the heart of Valtellina.
