Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

Throughout 2025, the Carbonara Festival brought its traveling format dedicated to Roman cuisine to numerous Italian cities, featuring food trucks, carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, gricia, beer, wine, and folk music. The event, always with free admission, consolidated a formula that combines quality street food and a festive atmosphere, before arriving in Susa in the summer of 2026.

The Carbonara Festival is a traveling event that toured Italy throughout 2025 with its village dedicated to Roman cuisine. At each stop, food trucks and equipped stands offered the great classics of the capital's tradition, from carbonara to cacio e pepe, from amatriciana to gricia, accompanied by beer, wine, and Roman folk music.

The formula, always with free admission, was a great success thanks to the combination of good food, entertainment, and conviviality. This journey paved the way for the stop in Susa, in the Susa Valley, scheduled for the summer of 2026 as part of the city's summer program.
