Caorle, capital of comics
CaorlèFumetto is the event that brings comics and drawn culture to Caorle, a renowned seaside resort in the province of Venice. Primarily hosted in the Civic Library, the festival is organized by the association Only Comics with the patronage of the Municipality of Caorle.
Exhibitions, authors, and workshops
The program includes exhibitions, talks with authors and professionals from the comics, publishing, and animation industries, and free creative workshops designed for children, covering themes from Greek mythology to more fantastical subjects. There is also space for manga, with an exhibition tracing its history through the great Japanese masters, from Osamu Tezuka to Go Nagai, from Akira Toriyama to Eiichirō Oda.
Comics and values
Among the events, the festival also hosts the award ceremony for the "Ethical Charter of Sport" competition promoted by the Veneto Region, with an exhibition of comic strips created by students. An event that brings adults and children closer to drawing and reading through play, valuing comics as a cultural language.

The 2nd edition of CaorlèFumetto is scheduled from May 7 to 9, 2026, at the Civic Library of Caorle (Venice), organized by Valentino Villanova and the association Only Comics with the patronage of the Municipality. Three days dedicated to comics and drawn culture, featuring exhibitions, meetings, and workshops.

How to get there
CaorlèFumetto takes place at the Civic Library of Caorle (VE), in the city center. Caorle is reachable by car from the A4 motorway (exit Santo Stino/Portogruaro) and by public buses.
Admission
Free admission to the exhibitions. Children's workshops are free but have limited places, with booking recommended.
