The Canestrelletto Festival celebrates the most famous sweet of Torriglia, a village in the Apennines within the Metropolitan City of Genoa. The canestrelletto is a flower-shaped biscuit, crumbly and fragrant, protected by the De.Co. (Municipal Designation) as an identity specialty of the territory.

For the occasion, the historic center is closed to traffic and fills with scents and colors. The heart of the day is the free tastings of the De.Co. canestrelletto, accompanied by live music and artisan stalls. A festive atmosphere that involves producers, visitors, and the entire community.
