Edition 2025 — Canederlo Festival

During the summer of 2025, the Canederlo Festival once again enlivened Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo di Fassa, transformed into an open-air tavern by the Mùsega da Vich. Pre-sale and aperitif from 7:00 PM, dinner from 7:30 PM, featuring savory and sweet dumplings, local craft beers, live music, and the children's workshop with Chef Daniele.

The 2025 edition of the Canederlo Festival took place in Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo di Fassa (San Giovanni di Fassa-Sèn Jan), organized by the Mùsega da Vich. For one evening, the square became a true open-air tavern: payment at the counter, shared tables, and service provided by the band's musicians, while a folk group entertained the evening.

The menu included dumplings with speck and goulash, cheese dumplings with red cabbage salad, nettle dumplings with mushroom sauce, and sweet dumplings filled with apricot and strawberry, accompanied by mountain craft beers. The children's workshop with Chef Daniele was also confirmed.

Prices

<p>In 2025: €18 for three savory dumpling dishes, €8 for a single sweet or savory dish, €4.50 for craft beer (with reusable glass). Children's workshop €5.</p>
