Three days of sport and community
The Bruna Sports Festival takes place in La Bruna, a hamlet of the Municipality of Castel Ritaldi, in the province of Perugia, in Piazza Partigiani. It is a young but already deeply felt event, organized by the Pro Loco La Bruna, which dedicates three days to sport, music, and entertainment for the young people and families of the area.
Tournaments, exhibitions, and local associations
The protagonists are the stands of local sports associations and a packed program of activities: table tennis tournaments (Under 16 and Open categories), skating exhibitions, basketball, archery, horse riding with pony encounters, dance, and volleyball. Among the participating organizations are Los Angeles Skating Club, Atomika Basket, ASD Amici del Grifo, Castellana, and the Centro Ippico la Somma.
Music, guests, and good food
The evenings are enlivened by live music, sessions dedicated to sports nutrition, and guests from the world of sport — in the recent edition, former Fiorentina goalkeeper Alberto Boranga and kickboxing champion Mirko Gori. Taverna da Gino offers traditional Umbrian menus every evening, completing a festival that combines sport, conviviality, and local identity in Castel Ritaldi.

The 2026 edition, the third, of the Bruna Sports Festival takes place from May 29-31 in Piazza Partigiani, La Bruna di Castel Ritaldi. Three days dedicated to sport, music, and entertainment for young people and families, with stands from local sports associations, tournaments, exhibitions, musical evenings, and guests from the world of sport.

Friday, May 29
- 6:30 PM — Talk on health and nutrition with Dr. Marco Piermaria
- 9:00 PM — Briscola card tournament for pairs
- Evening — Live Bands Night
Saturday, May 30
- From 4:00 PM — Sports activities and Under 16 table tennis tournament
- 5:30 PM — Summer concert with students from the Music School
Sunday, May 31
- 4:00 PM — Open table tennis tournament and sports activities
- Afternoon — Pony encounters from Centro Ippico La Somma
- Evening — Open Voice Session (karaoke)
Among the guests: Alberto Boranga (former Fiorentina goalkeeper) and Mirko Gori (kickboxing champion). Association stands: Los Angeles Skating Club, Atomika Basket, ASD Amici del Grifo, Castellana, Centro Ippico la Somma, dance and volleyball groups. Umbrian cuisine at Taverna da Gino.
