Edition 2025 — Broad Bean Festival in La Serra
In 2025, the Broad Bean and Fried San Miniato Artichoke Festival reached its 27th edition, hosted as usual at the Circolo ARCI La Serra pavilion in the hillside village of San Miniato (PI). The festival spanned two weekends, from April 25 to 27 and May 1 to 4, 2025, with dinner served every evening and lunch on Sundays and public holidays.
The stars were fresh broad beans and fried San Miniato artichokes, accompanied by traditional Tuscan crostini, cabbage soup, and an endless supply of wood-fired pizzas and ciaccini. There were also tastings of extra virgin olive oil and other typical products from the Pisan hills.
