Botanica Festival is the electronic music event that animates Villa Ormond, a splendid 19th-century park in Sanremo (province of Imperia) rich in exotic plants and rare species. For three days, the historic garden transforms into a large open-air dancefloor, where music dialogues with the greenery and architecture of the park.
A Journey Through Sounds
The lineup spans various genres of club music and beyond: house, disco, jazz, funk, and experimental sounds, with DJs and live sets following one another from afternoon until late at night. The curated atmosphere, with lights, installations, and nature, makes Botanica an immersive experience rather than just a concert.
A Different Sanremo
Botanica Festival showcases a contemporary and youthful side of Sanremo, far from the television image of the Song Festival. With its cashless system and focus on accessibility, it offers a modern format that attracts an audience from all over Italy and abroad, also thanks to its proximity to the French Riviera.
Botanica Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition animates Villa Ormond from May 29 to 31 with three days of electronic music and cross-pollinations. Gates open at 4 PM on the first two days and at 3 PM on the final day, with aftershows starting from 1 AM.
The festival adopts a cashless payment system via a rechargeable wristband through the app or on-site; requests for refund of remaining credit are available until June 15, with no commissions.

How to Get There
Villa Ormond, on Corso Felice Cavallotti, is within walking distance of the Sanremo train station. Nearest airport: Nice (France); alternatively Genoa, Turin, and Milan. Free but unguarded parking on Via Gavagnin; FlixBus connections available.
Tickets and Access
Paid entry with online tickets (or at the box office if available). Cashless payment system via rechargeable wristband through the app or on-site. Bringing food and drinks is prohibited. Children over 3 years old are not admitted.
