Edition 2025 — Borlengo Festival

The 2025 edition of the Borlengo Festival in Rocca di Roffeno took place in mid-June, opening on the evening of June 17 and continuing until Sunday, June 18. At the Sports Facilities on Via Monterocca, the Pro Loco offered freshly prepared borlenghi along with typical mountain specialties, with live music, markets, and entertainment for all ages.

The 2025 edition of the Borlengo Festival in Rocca di Roffeno, in the Municipality of Castel d'Aiano (BO), was held in mid-June, from the evening of Tuesday, June 17 to Sunday, June 18, at the hamlet's Sports Facilities.

The absolute star was the borlengo, the very thin wafer seasoned with a cunza of lard, garlic, and rosemary, and Parmigiano Reggiano, alongside polenta, tigelle, fried crescentine, and other Apennine specialties. The festival, organized by the Pro Loco of Rocca di Roffeno, enlivened the Bolognese Apennine village with live music, markets, and activities for families.
