Edition 2025 — Un Mare di Sapori
The 2025 edition, the festival's tenth anniversary, saw Piedmont as the guest region. On the show cooking stage, Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Boglione (Gastronomia Urbana, Alba), Massimo Camia (Novello), and Fabio Ingallinera (Il Nazionale, Vernante) took turns, offering contemporary interpretations of Piedmontese cuisine. Professional sommeliers from ASPI curated the pairings with Ligurian and Piedmontese wines, while Roberto Panizza led the selections for the World Championship of Pesto al Mortaio. The evenings, with free participation, were accompanied by live music on Lungomare Argentina.
