Edition 2025 — Books and Wine
In the summer of 2025, the festival returned for its third edition with nine meetings, every Sunday from July 6 to August 31, as part of the 'Experience the Castle of Santa Severa 2025' program promoted by the Lazio Region and organized by LAZIOcrea. Guests included, among others, Guerino Nuccio Bovalino, Salvatore Santangelo, Francesco Mattia Ferrara, Salvatore Enrico Anselmi, and Luisa Caterina De Caro, in evenings that intertwined words and flavors: after each presentation, a guided tasting of Lazio wines curated by Arsial showcased the biodiversity and character of the regional vineyards. The free formula with reservation confirmed the festival's public success, acting as a bridge to the expanded 2026 edition.
