On Labor Day, the Blanco Garden Lounge Bar in Castel Gandolfo, on the shores of Lake Albano, transforms into a large open-air music festival. The Blanco Festival - May 1st Music Festival is a private event held every year on May 1st at this venue overlooking the water, one of the most scenic corners of the Castelli Romani, just a few kilometers from Rome.

Twelve hours of non-stop music

The event, organized by Sundance Eventi, unfolds throughout the day, from noon until midnight: twelve straight hours of DJ sets, live music, entertainment, and shows that accompany guests from lunch through sunset and into the evening. The formula combines the relaxed atmosphere of a lakeside lounge bar with the energy of a true party, with the crowd dancing by the water as the sun sets behind the Castelli hills.

Music, DJ sets, and performances

The program alternates between resident and guest DJs, vocalists who animate the sessions, and live entertainment moments, featuring percussion, sax, and surprise performances. The result is a continuous flow of dance, house, and electronic sounds, designed to keep those who choose to spend May Day here dancing non-stop, as an alternative to classic day trips.

Buffet and lakeside conviviality

Alongside the music, the festival offers a culinary experience with a buffet and food and drink service, allowing guests to enjoy the entire day at the venue without having to move. It is a proposal focused on conviviality: groups of friends, families, and couples sharing lunch, aperitifs, and dinner by the lake, with a view of the volcanic basin of Lake Albano.
