May Day in Music

Bisuschio in Music is the event that enlivens Piazza della Chiesa in Bisuschio every May Day. Bisuschio is a municipality in the Province of Varese, located in Valceresio, just a short distance from the Swiss border. From afternoon into the evening, the square transforms into an open-air stage, with live music as the absolute star.

Five Bands, Many Genres

The lineup features five bands spanning different genres: Ace Lads with their international rock, Vibra Connection blending reggae and ska, Marino Beat playing folk tunes, the rock energy of Decanter, and Libera Uscita performing a tribute to Ligabue. A diverse offering, designed to entertain the audience from early afternoon until evening.

Music, Memory, and Solidarity

This edition is dedicated to the memory of Leonardo Puggioni, a young musician who passed away after performing on this very stage the previous year. The event is organized by the Municipal Administration and the Pro Loco of Bisuschio, with artistic direction by Feliciano Antignani. The food stalls are managed by the Pro Loco in collaboration with local bars (Bar Milano, Bar Il Sorriso, Bar Kahlua), and the proceeds are allocated to musical development projects for young people: supporting emerging bands, donating instruments, and funding educational workshops in schools.
