Edition 2025 — Birmehl Autumn
In 2025, the Birmehl Autumn was held from September 22 to 28 in Verdignes and Pardell, in the municipality of Chiusa (South Tyrol). Throughout the week, local inns served specialties based on Birmehl, the dried pear flour of the Isarco Valley peasant tradition: dumplings, bread, desserts, and revisited dishes.
The event concluded with the Birmehl-Sunntig, the Sunday of tastings along the Birmehlweg, with gastronomic stations curated by local associations, live music, and children's entertainment, confirming the event as one of the most characteristic autumn festivals in the Chiusa area.
