The 6th edition of Bio in Sicily was held on October 16 and 17, 2025, in the setting of Villa Palagonia, in Bagheria. The forum, promoted by the La Piana d'Oro Association and the Slow Food Condotta of Bagheria with the GAL Metropoli Est and the APO Sicilia Consortium, featured four thematic sessions.

The first day was dedicated to olive culture, extra virgin olive oil production, and the awards ceremony for the 'Identity, Tradition, and Bagherese Culture' competition for schools. On the afternoon of October 16, the Slow Food Condotta presented the launch of the process for the Presidium for the Lemon and Verdello Lemon of the Piana di Bagheria.
