Bazzanese-Style Mixed Fry Festival

Throughout 2025, the Amici di Bazzana hosted their traditional evenings dedicated to the Bazzanese-style mixed fry in Bazzana, a hamlet of Mombaruzzo (AT). Faithful to their reputation as specialists in the festivals of the Asti region, the organizers offered a full traditional Piedmontese menu: antipasti, pasta dishes, grilled meats, farinata, and, of course, the mixed fry, all accompanied by music, dancing, and Monferrato wines.

The evenings, as every year, were held by reservation at the association's headquarters on Via Alessandria, confirming the event as one of the most cherished gastronomic moments in the small hamlet.
