Barberando

The second edition of Barberando brought Costigliole d'Asti to life over three Sundays — March 23, March 30, and April 6, 2025 — confirming the success of the festival launched the previous year. 7 restaurants, 23 wineries, and 2 local distilleries participated. Each restaurant offered a fixed-price tasting menu, ranging from 38 to 45 euros, including pairings with local wines and grappas. Reservations were made directly with the participating restaurants, including Al Peperone Rosso, Osteria Cascina Collavini, Da Maddalena, Da Rosanna, Il Grappolo Rosso, Podere La Piazza, and Enoteca Caffè Roma.
