Creativity, music and inclusion at Parco Olmi
Baleno Festival is the annual event of Tantemani, the workshop of the Patronato San Vincenzo Cooperative which, every year in June, moves to the green spaces of Parco Ermanno Olmi, in the Malpensata district of Bergamo. For a few days, the park becomes a large space for shared creativity, with music, workshops, food stalls, and events for all ages.
The heart of the festival is the theme of accessibility: the first part of each day is dedicated to activities with people supported by organisations working with vulnerability, while from Friday evening onwards, the party opens to the entire community. Neurodiversity and inclusion are not buzzwords but concrete practices that run through every proposal in the programme.
Supported by the Fondazione della Comunitร Bergamasca as part of the 'Open spaces for accessible culture' project, the Baleno Festival is an example of how culture can emerge from the grassroots and social work, transforming a neighbourhood park in Bergamo into a place of meeting and celebration for everyone.
The eighth edition of the Baleno Festival enlivens Parco Ermanno Olmi in Bergamo from June 3rd to 7th, 2026. The first three afternoons are dedicated to activities with people supported by organisations working with vulnerability; from Friday evening, the party opens to the entire city. All activities are free.
