The Badoere IGP Asparagus

The Badoere IGP Asparagus Exhibition is the major gastronomic event in Badoere, a hamlet of Morgano in the province of Treviso, dedicated to one of the territory's most prized products: the Badoere asparagus, unique in bearing the IGP designation for both the white and green varieties. The production area includes fifteen municipalities in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, and Venice, where waterways create a particularly fertile natural habitat.

The Setting of Badoere's Rotonda

The event takes place in the scenic Piazza "La Rotonda", a characteristic 18th-century arcaded complex, one of the most distinctive in the Veneto region. Under the arcades and in the square, you'll find the product exhibition, the food stand with asparagus-based dishes, and the popular tastings.

Flavors, Motors, and Entertainment

Alongside the culinary offerings, the program includes the "Sapori in Rotonda" market, the exhibition of historic mopeds, the vintage motorcycle show, acrobatic performances, sports tournaments, and karaoke, in a rich schedule that accompanies the festival days. The event is organized by the Consortium of Badoere IGP White and Green Asparagus together with the Pro Loco Morgano.
