Baccalà Festival 2025: the 19th edition

From November 14 to 16, 2025, Villa Lagarina hosted the nineteenth edition of the Baccalà Festival — Borgoantico Feast, in the setting of Piazzetta Sigismondo Moll. The event opened on Friday evening and continued on Saturday and Sunday with lunch and dinner service, while supplies lasted.

On the menu were the great classics of Vallagarina peasant cuisine: polenta and salt cod (stofis, also available for takeaway), orzet, polenta with Val di Gresta sauerkraut and luganega sausage, local cheeses and cured meats, and desserts such as strudel, torta de formentom, and hot Beca, accompanied by roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and wines from the Cantina Vivallis. The festival was enriched by photographic exhibitions and author meetings dedicated to the history of the village.
