BacalàFest and GiroBacalà

BacalàFest 2025 took place from February 12 to April 6, confirming itself as one of the most delicious gastronomic events in the Marche region. GiroBacalà involved about thirty restaurants in the Fano area and the province of Pesaro and Urbino, with salt cod dishes at €15 and stockfish dishes at €18.

The heart of the edition were the gastronomic challenges: the competition between professional chefs (with chefs from Marche, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Puglia) and the one between amateur chefs, hosted at the Alla Lanterna restaurant in Fano on February 26. Among the novelties, the collaboration with the company Gioacchini - la Casa dello stoccafisso. The event, conceived by Giorgio Sorcinelli, was promoted by Viandanti dei Sapori and Confcommercio Marche Nord.
