Edition 2025 — Autumn Traditions Pofi
A weekend of authentic flavors
In 2025, the Autumn Traditions Festival in Pofi was held on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, enlivening the streets of the historic center of the Ciociaria village, in the province of Frosinone, for two days.
The food stalls maintained extended hours — from 12:00 PM to midnight on Saturday, and from 11:00 AM to midnight on Sunday — with a menu entirely dedicated to local rustic cuisine: gnocchi with salt cod or pork ragù, pappardelle with wild boar, polenta with spare ribs and sausage, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fried pizza and bruschetta prepared on the spot, roasted chestnuts, and, to finish, frappe and wine-infused cookies.
Accompanying the culinary experience were live music and strolls through the alleys of the village, in an atmosphere of village celebration that attracted visitors from all over the Ciociaria region. Admission was free.
