Edition 2025 — Autumn Flavours
The 2025 edition of the Autumn Festival in Casaprota took place on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, with dinner service on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. In the heart of the Rieti Sabina, the village offered the best of its seasonal cuisine: Cicolano red chestnuts, Amatriciana, arrosticini, sausages, spicy strengozzi with garlic and herbs, fried pizzas from Torricella in Sabina, and bruschetta with DOP Sabina extra virgin olive oil, all accompanied by local craft beers. As it was the olive harvest period, visitors were able to watch live milling in the local oil mills. Surrounding the food stalls, the Pro Loco enlivened the days with walks, tastings, music, and activities for adults and children in the alleys of Casaprota.
