The Auto Moto Raduno-Story is an event that brings Lerma to life every springโa picturesque village in the Alto Monferrato area of the Province of Alessandria, in the heart of Piedmont. The heart of the event is Piazza Genova, where over 140 models of historic cars and motorcycles are displayed. Registration opens early in the morning, and throughout the day, the village fills with curious onlookers, collectors, and families. The vehicle exhibition blends seamlessly with village life, offering visitors the authentic atmosphere of a community festival.
The gathering takes place alongside the traditional San Marco Fair, a spring event that has enlivened Lerma for generations. The streets are lined with stalls selling handicrafts, furniture, and local products, accompanied by musical entertainment, tastings in collaboration with the local Enoteca, and guided tours of the historic center. The combination of the fair and the rally creates a rich day for all ages.
A highlight of the event is the Arturo Magni Award, dedicated to the memory of the famous motorcycle tuner and technician. The awards ceremony recounts Magni's legacy through the testimonials of his children, Giovanni and Carlo, offering the public a journey into the great Italian motor racing tradition.
Promoted by the Un Libro per Amico association with the support of the Municipality of Lerma, the Auto Moto Raduno-Story is a young but rapidly growing event, capable of combining a passion for classic vehicles with the promotion of the village and its traditions. The second edition of the Auto Moto Raduno-Story confirmed the growth of the event, with a program spread over two days and a large turnout of enthusiasts from all over Northern Italy. The event was set within the framework of the San Marco Fair, bringing Lerma to life with vehicle exhibitions, market stalls, and cultural initiatives.
Lerma is located in the Province of Alessandria, in the Alto Monferrato. By car, you can reach the village in a few minutes from the Ovada motorway exit (A26). The nearest train station is in Ovada, from where you can continue by car or local transport.
Vehicle registration takes place on the morning of the event in Piazza Genova, generally from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The participation fee includes focaccia, a welcome glass of wine, a gift pack, and membership dues.
