Anzio Comix: the new comic book festival on the Lazio coast

Anzio Comix launches in 2026 as a new event dedicated to the world of comics, collectibles, and pop culture in the town of Anzio, on the coast of the Province of Rome. The first edition takes place from September 25th to 27th, 2026, in Piazza Garibaldi, with continuous hours from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and is part of the rich summer calendar promoted by the Municipality of Anzio.

A weekend of comics, collectibles, and games

For three days, Piazza Garibaldi comes alive with exhibitor stands, a comic book and collectibles market, and spaces dedicated to gaming, cosplay, and entertainment. The open-air format in the heart of the seaside town allows families, young people, and enthusiasts to experience the event in the informal and convivial atmosphere typical of summer events on the Lazio coast.

The legacy of Antium Heroes

Anzio Comix gathers and relaunches the experience of Antium Heroes, the historic book, comic, vinyl, and collectibles market that for years brought collectors and curious visitors to Anzio in search of rare issues, vinyl records, and limited editions. From that tradition, linked to the ancient name of the city (Antium), a new event with a more contemporary identity is born, open to the pop universe, video games, and the creativity of cosplayers.

Piazza Garibaldi, the heart of the event

The center of Anzio, with Piazza Garibaldi just a few steps from the port and the seafront, offers the ideal setting for the event: easily accessible and full of bars and services, it allows visitors to combine browsing the stands with a walk by the sea or discovering the historical and archaeological heritage of Anzio.
