Ánemos - from the Greek "wind, breath" - is the widespread festival of well-being and culture arts that enlivens Genoa in spring. Its peculiarity is precisely its widespread nature: instead of concentrating in a single location, the event involves dozens of studios, centers, and spaces in the city, transforming the urban fabric into a large path dedicated to self-care.

Two Souls, One Breath

The festival is divided into two moments. The Partner Experience brings the festival into the city's studios: for a few days, professionals and partner organizations open their doors with practices, workshops, and meetings dedicated to movement and well-being. The heart of the event then takes place at Palazzo della Meridiana, a historic residence that becomes an immersive and multidisciplinary space.

Between Practices, Talks, and Performances

The program ranges from yoga, meditation, body practices, experiential workshops, educational talks, artistic performances, and sound experiences. A multidisciplinary approach that intertwines physical well-being with cultural well-being, based on the conviction that self-care also involves art, knowledge, and beauty.
