Edition 2025 — Ancient Knowledge and Flavors
The 11th edition of Ancient Knowledge and Flavors was held on August 17, 2025, in the Theater of Iuvanum, within the Montenerodomo Archaeological Park. The day began at 10:00 AM with guided tours of the archaeological area. In the late afternoon, at 6:00 PM, the seminar "Seeds and Vines of Abruzzo – An Ancient Resource for the Future" brought together archaeologists Oliva Menozzi and Patrizia Staffilani, ethnobotanist Aurelio Manzi, and Camillo Zulli from Bio Cantina Orsogna, moderated by Francesca Passalacqua. At 8:00 PM, the taverns reopened with "Ancient Crafts Come to Life at Iuvanum" and "Archeo Food" featuring local products, concluding at 9:00 PM with wandering music among the ruins.

- 6:00 PM — Seminar "Seeds and Vines of Abruzzo – An Ancient Resource for the Future": featuring Oliva Menozzi and Patrizia Staffilani (Iuvanum, 2025 Excavation Campaign), Aurelio Manzi (historical Abruzzese viticulture), and Camillo Zulli (historical grape variety recovery project by Bio Cantina Orsogna), moderated by Francesca Passalacqua
- 8:00 PM — Opening of the "Ancient Crafts Come to Life at Iuvanum" taverns and inauguration of "Archeo Food" with tastings of local products and wines
- 9:00 PM — Wandering music among the ruins of the ancient city
