The non-competitive walk through the streets and cycle paths of Paderno Dugnano
The Allende Run is a non-competitive, free-pace walk, open to everyone, which takes place in Paderno Dugnano, a city in the metropolitan area of Milan. With the theme 'Think Green', the event focuses on environmental sustainability and a positive relationship with the local area, combining sport with ecological awareness.
The route crosses the historic streets and cycle paths of Paderno Dugnano, winding through the city's green areas and stopping at Parco Lago Nord, one of the area's green lungs. A route designed to be accessible and enjoyable, suitable for walkers of all ages and levels, from families with children to the fittest athletes.
The initiative is organized by the Salvador Allende State Comprehensive Institute, with the patronage of the Municipality of Paderno Dugnano, in the province of Milan. The meeting point and finish line are at the S. Allende secondary school. The event involves students, teachers, families, and citizens, making the run a moment of aggregation and promotion of the values of sport and the environment.
More than just a walk, the Allende Run is an opportunity to experience the city together in a sustainable way. The 9th edition of the Allende Run - Think Green takes place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The meeting point and finish line are at the S. Allende secondary school, in Largo G. Strada 5 in Paderno Dugnano.
The walk, non-competitive and at a free pace, is open to everyone and winds through the historic streets and cycle paths of the city, crossing green areas with a stop at Parco Lago Nord. The theme of this edition is environmental sustainability.
Registration began on March 23, 2026, at various points in the city; it is also possible to register on April 11 and on the morning of the race. The bib number costs 8 euros (72 euros for 10 bib numbers). The initiative is organized by the Salvador Allende Comprehensive Institute with the patronage of the Municipality.
