Twenty-five years of classical music in Val Seriana
Albino Classica celebrates twenty-five years of activity, establishing itself as one of the leading classical music festivals in the Val Seriana, in the province of Bergamo. The event, promoted by the Carlo Antonio Marino Cultural Association, offers a repertoire ranging from traditional classical music to contemporary, with quality concerts and musical conferences.
Among the most evocative venues of the festival is the Basilica of San Martino in Alzano Lombardo, a masterpiece of Lombard Baroque architecture, famous for its wooden sacristies carved by the Fantoni family. In this extraordinary setting, some of the most anticipated concerts of the event take place, where the acoustics and beauty of the place amplify the emotion of listening.
Albino Classica involves several municipalities in the valley and collaborates with local choral and musical groups. The festival is named after Carlo Antonio Marino, a composer and violinist from Bergamo active between the 17th and 18th centuries, testifying to the deep connection between the event and the musical tradition of the Orobic territory.
For those visiting Val Seriana, Albino Classica offers the opportunity to combine listening to great music with the discovery of the artistic heritage of the Bergamo area, particularly its Baroque churches. Concerts are often free admission.
In the year of its twenty-fifth anniversary, Albino Classica stops in Alzano Lombardo on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 PM, in the Basilica of San Martino. This is the eleventh event of the 2026 program.

The concert is promoted by the Carlo Antonio Marino Cultural Association in collaboration with the Corale S. Lucia di Cornale. Free admission.
