Alberone Cotechino Festival (winter edition)

The Alberone Cotechino Festival, in its 2025 winter version, once again proved to be one of the most cherished gastronomic events in the Municipality of Cento, in the province of Ferrara. For this edition too, the festival was spread over two weekends in February, with evening openings of the stand and Sunday lunch, re-offering the great classics of local cuisine: cotechino, salamina da sugo, tortellini, pumpkin tortelloni, and homemade desserts. A tradition that keeps alive, year after year, the bond between Alberone and its most famous cured meat.
