Agriculture Days

The 25th edition of the Agriculture Days, held from April 30 to May 4, 2025, with the slogan "Cultivating ideas, harvesting the future," attracted over 300 exhibitors from across the island to Valledolmo. The event was divided into four major thematic areas — agri-food, livestock, agricultural machinery, and crafts — with about 70 stands dedicated to local products, featuring tastings, promotions, and direct sales. Highlights included the May 1st show cooking dedicated to wine grapes and the May 2nd conference "Cultivating ideas, harvesting the future" on the prospects of Sicilian agriculture. A novelty of the year was the field demonstration day on new technologies for sustainable mechanization, in addition to the focus on the Cane di Mannara, the Sicilian mastiff symbol of the Madonie's rural life, and the exhibition of Charolaise and Limousin cattle breeds. The event, accompanied by the 16th Farmers' Market, confirmed Valledolmo as a reference point for fairs in inland Sicily.
