Edition 2025 — Agrichef Festival

The seventh edition of the Agrichef Festival concluded in Rome on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, starting at 10:30 AM, at the Amerigo Vespucci hospitality institute. Competing were the winners of seven regional stages—Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Piedmont, Apulia, Tuscany, and Veneto—called upon to interpret the theme of circular dishes, focusing on raw material recovery, fighting food waste, and the sustainability of rural cuisine.

7th edition: circular dishes

The national final of the 2025 Agrichef Festival was held on March 26, 2025, in Rome, in the kitchens of the IPSSEOA Amerigo Vespucci. After a road map across the peninsula, seven regional teams competed on a highly relevant theme: recovering and relaunching circular dishes, anti-waste and sustainable, by valorizing scraps and raw materials from the farm.

The winner was the Salento "zuppa della felicità" (soup of happiness), created by agrichef Federica Sparascio of the Gli Ulivi farm-stay in Tricase, Apulia, together with students from the IPSEO Aldo Moro of Santa Cesarea Terme. Second place went to the "La mia terra" tortelli from Emilia-Romagna, by agrichef Federico Mei of the Corte dell'Abbadessa farm-stay with the Vergani Navarra institute; third place went to the "Anguilla in saor di porri" from Veneto, by agrichef Fiorella Zerbini with the Elena Cornaro institute.
