Advent im Hof Betlehem / Hof-Advent in Tramin

The 2025 edition of the Hof-Advent Betlehem

On Monday, December 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the Betlehem district of Tramin an der Weinstraße (province of Bolzano) hosted a new edition of its traditional Advent in the courtyards. About 30 artisan exhibitors offered farm products, handmade items, jewelry, ceramics, and Christmas sweets in private courtyards opened to the public.

The heart of the day was the living nativity scene in the Langenmantel courtyard, with Mary, Joseph, shepherds, and animals, visitable from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Catering was provided by Rynnhof, Elki Tramin, and ASV Fußball Tramin, featuring traditional Traminer Plent, barley soup, mulled wine, and sweets. For children: creative workshops, bread baked over an open fire, wood carving, and free carriage rides from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. There was also a photography and painting exhibition by local artists and a visit to the 16th-century frescoed room of Haus Sinner.

Monday, December 8, 2025 — from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• 10:00 AM–5:00 PM — Opening of the private courtyards of the Betlehem district, market with about 30 artisan exhibitors (farm products, handicrafts, jewelry, ceramics, decorations, and Christmas sweets)
• 1:00 PM–3:00 PM — Free carriage rides for children
• 2:00 PM–5:00 PM — Living nativity scene in the Langenmantel courtyard (Mary, Joseph, shepherds, and animals)

Throughout the day: catering by Rynnhof, Elki Tramin, and ASV Fußball Tramin (Traminer Plent, barley soup, mulled wine, punch, buffet of sweets and coffee), creative workshops for children, bread baked over an open fire, wood-carving workshop, photography and painting exhibition by local artists, sacred art in the Rynnhof chapel, and the frescoed room of Haus Sinner.
